Jack Chen is a Professional Engineer and Professional Quantity Surveyor who has spent his career delivering complex construction projects for both private enterprise and public institutions — including construction management of three Canada Line SkyTrain stations.
He has served as a Board Director of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and as a facilities planning manager with a government public institution on Vancouver Island. A long-time professional and charitable volunteer, Jack is committed to practical, transparent service — bringing the discipline of a project professional to how the city plans, builds and spends.
